Size, Fit, Color or Quality Related issues: Please report the issue within 2 days (48 hrs) from the date of delivery. Make sure the product is in unused condition, the seal tag is intact with all the original packaging, else the product will not qualify for any replacement or return.
- Size or fit issue: Only one time replacement will be provided with +1/-1 size. Thereafter for any exchanges the buyer will have to bear all the logistics charges.
- Color or Quality issue: Incase the color or quality is not as per the description, a replacement will be provided.
Manufacturing Defects: Defects like discoloration, sole cracks, leather cracks (not wrinkles), or stitching issues etc. to be reported within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Such issue will qualify for free of cost repair, provided our Quality engineer certifies the issue as manufacturing defect, else the product will fall under wear and tear category.
- Once the issue is qualified as manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired to best resolve the issue.
Wear and Tear issues: After 15 days of delivery OR any issue which doesn’t qualify as manufacturing defect, OR if the product has developed any issue due to usual usage, will fall under this category.
- We provide a lifetime free of cost repair service to our customer, including free replacement of parts like insole, laces, and services like shoe spa, re-coloring, sanitization, de-odorizing etc. to the best possible condition.
- Depending upon the condition of the shoe, the service may take 1-6 working days. Service is free and the logistics (to-and-fro) has to be borne by the buyer.
Wrong/Damaged product : Please report the issue within 2 days (48 hrs) from the date of delivery in case of wrong article receive. Replacement/refund will be provided in this case.
Note: Any Exchange will be issued post we have received the original product in the new condition, else the product, as received, will be sent back on buyer’s expense.
Refunds may take upto 4-5 working days from the date of return delivery, depending upon the mode of payment.
In the event of a product return, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
Wrinkle is a property of original leather; no exchange or refund will be provided for this.
Leather being a natural material may vary slightly in color. Screen quality may also lead to slight mismatch in color in actual and product as displayed on the website.
